Powerlifting Certification going on at the gym.

8am- Olympic Lifting Class

8:30- Team WOD/ Crossfit Kids

WEEKEND WARRIORS IS CANCELLED

11am- WOMEN's Only Class

Complete 3 rounds for time:

250m run with medball

12 Medball cleans

18 Medball bear hugger squats

24 Medball OH walking lunges

**everytime  you
drop the medball perform 3 burpees**
