practice

Lift: Every
Minute on the minute for 9 minutes perform 3 close
grip bench press @ 70% 1RM bench press

WOD: 3 rounds for
time, rest 2 minutes then 3 rounds for time:

10 pullups

10 Push press

10 Toes to bar

Level 3: chest to bar, 115/75#

Level 2: 95/65#

Level 1: choose weight
