Skill: kipping practice

Challenge: In one
unbroken set: max strict muscle-ups then max kipping muscle-ups

Lift: 15 minutes
to establish Max Effort Bench Press

WOD: 3 rounds for
time of:

400 m run

10 muscleups

80 double unders

Level 1: scale as needed

SOGOFF: 3 minutes
AMRAP: bicep curls
