8:30AM- Crossfit Kids Class (ages 5-12)

9AM- Team Workout/ Open Gym

10AM- Weekend Warriors with Coach Carrie

Hope for Kenya wod:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
50 Squats
30 Push-ups
15 Pull-ups

11AM- Women's Only Class with Coach Sarah

6 Turkish getup buy in …
Then complete 3 rounds:
30 double kettlebell front squats
100m farmers carry
20 kettlebell push press
10 push ups with one arm on kettlebell

6 Turkish getup buy out
