SHARE THE PAIN WEEK: GUESTS COME FOR FREE

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • The first WOD for the 2013 Crossfit games is announced tonight at 5pm. You will be able to complete the workout tomorrow during the regular class times or Saturday from 8am-11am and Sunday at 10am. Sign Ups end on Sunday. 
  • Pete's Paleo will be at SoCal tomorrow night for a tasting. You definitely want to be there if you haven't tried their delicious food.
  • Sarah's Sweet Potato brownies will be $10 for a dozen this Saturday from 8-11am. The brownies are still available for individual purchase daily at the gym for $1 each. They are located in the white freezer. Let Sarah know if you want to preorder a dozen for saturday. sarahjriehl@gmail.com
  • Women's Only Class is today at 9:30am and 7pm.
