TODAY'S WOD:

Skill: Toes to bar as a skill

Lift: Every minute on the minute for 9 minutes: 3 push press @ 60% 1RM push press

Level 2: superset with 2 strict Chest to bar pullups

WOD: 4 rounds for time:

8 HSPU

6 Cone touches (10meters)

Rest 30 seconds (except for last round)

Then,

Rest 3 minutes

Then,

Row 1000meters

Level 2: 25# and abmat

Level 1: choose HSPU sub
