Lift: EMOM for 9 minutes: 3 push press @ 70% 1RM

 

WOD: 12 minute AMRAP:

          10 CTB pull-ups

          10 push press

          40 double unders

 

Level 3 – 115/75#

Level 2 – 95/65, standard pull-ups

Level 1 – 75/55, jumping pull-ups, 2x singleunders
