Stina 13.2


  • Women's Only Class today at 9:30am and 7pm


 Skill: jumping from knees +jump for height (one sequential movement)


Lift: Every 30 seconds for 4 minutes: 2 touch and go Power Snatch (heaviest possible)


WOD: 4 rounds for time:


20 russian kettlebell swing

10 Kettlebell snatch

  1 minute plank hold


*10 burpee pentalty for lifting an arm/breaking plank

**do Burpees at the end of the WOD

 Level 3 – 2/1.5 pood

 Level 2 – 1.5/1 pood, 2 plank mulligans

 Level 1 – choose KB weight, 4 plank mulligans
