Skill: 5 minutes
teaching Turkish getups

Challenge: 10 minutes
to establish max weight Turkish
getups

WOD: For time:

50 box jump (games standard)

2 rope climb

40 Toes to bar

2 rope climb

30 kettlebell swing

2 rope climb

20 kettlebell snatch (total)

2 rope climb

10 muscleups

Level 3 ā€“ 2/1.5 pood, RX

Level 2 ā€“ 1.5/1 pood, 2x pullups and dips=1muscleup

Level 1/SHARE THE PAIN ā€“ choose KB weight, scale rope climbs/toes to bar/muscleups
