Tim box step up

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • THE GYM WILL BE OPEN SATURDAY 8-12 AND SUNDAY 9-11 TO COMPLETE 13.5

TODAY'S WORKOUT:

Skill: Handstand kickups progressing away from the wall

Challenge: Tim Chan Challenge: walk the width of the gym, meet the wall, do 5 handstand pushups

WOD:

4 rounds for time:

250 m run

10 m Handstand walk (longest that we can do in the gym)

then,

4 rounds for time:

50 double unders

10 m handstand walk

Level 2-RX

Level 1- 30 sec handstand hold or 10 handstand shoulder touches/ 2x single unders
