Lift: Every minute on the minute for 9 minutes: 3 varied grip bench press @ 55% 1RM

    Level 2 – Super set with 2 strict pullups


WOD: 3,6,9,12… etc ladder for 12 minutes of:

    Handstand Pushup



Level 3 – HSPU to deficit, CTB pullups

Level 2 – Rx

Level 1 – HSPU to abmats
