Skill: 4×5 moderate to HEAVY good mornings

Lift: 15 minutes to establish 2 RM back squat

WOD: 8 minutes (SCORE IS TOTAL REPS):

Odd minutes: max back squats

Even minutes: max jumping split lunges

Level 3: 135/95

Level 2: 115/75

Level 1: choose weight
