Skill: max height box jump from squat

Lift: Every Minute on the Minute for 12 minutes: 2 back squats @ 65% 1RM

WOD: In 4, 2 minute cycles, complete the following for max unbroken reps per movement:

    Deadlift

    TTB

    Level 3: 225/155

    Level 2: 185/135

    Level 1: choose weight
