    the fundamentals of CrossFit in a fun group environment! Fundamentals
    Boot Camp meets every Tuesday and Thursday 7-8pm and runs for 8 sessions

Skill: kipping/butterfly practice

Lift: Every minute on the minute for 9 minutes: 3 varied grip bench press @65% 1RM

    Level 2: super set with 2 strict pullups

WOD: “Helen” 3 rounds for time of:

    400m run

    21 kettle bell swings 1.5/1pood

    12 pullups
