Pose running

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • THIS WEEK IS SHARE THE PAIN WEEK. ALL GUESTS CAN ATTEND CLASSES FOR FREE.
  • Pete's Paleo orders must be in tonight by midnight for the thursday drop off.
  • Women's Only Class today at 9:30am and 7pm.
  • Olympic Lifting this week with Coach Veronica (Monday & Friday at 10am and Tues/Thurs. noon and 6pm)

TODAY'S WOD:

Skill – Pose running techniques

 

Challenge – 1 mile time trial

 

WOD – 15-12-9-6-3 rounds for time of:

 

        Squat clean

        Burpees

 

**** optional bonus: rest 1 minute, row 1600 ****

 

L3 – 115/75#

L2 – 95/65#

Share the pain – choose weight/ medball cleans
