ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • Interested in improving your Olympic Lifts? Come to the Olympic Lifting Classes on Monday and Friday at 10am or Tuesday and Thursday at noon and 6pm with Coach Veronica.  Cost is $69 for 2x/week or $79 for unlimited for a month.
  • The Women of SoCal are getting out of the gym for a little bit of fun on Friday. We are going to SkyZone Trampoline Park at 10:30am after the 9:30 Women's Only Class. Meet at the gym if you want to carpool. Check out more info on the facebook group.
  • WOMEN'S ONLY CLASS TODAY AT 9:30AM AND 7PM

TODAY'S WORKOUT:

Skill- Turkish get-up practice

Challenge – 10 minutes: Max turkish getup (use a barbell)

 

    WOD – 3 rounds for total reps:

 

        minute one: sandbag ground to overhead

        minute two: jumping lunges

        minute three:  kettle bell swing

        minute four: rest

        *fight gone bad style timing*

        Level 3 – 80/40# sandbag, 2/1.5pood

        Level 2 – 40# sandbag, 1.5/1pood
