ANNOUNCEMENTS:
  • WOMEN'S ONLY CLASS today at 9:30am. After class a group of ladies will be carpooling down to Skyzone Trampoline Park in Chula Vista. Ladies if you want to join us meet at the gym at 10:30

TODAY'S WORKOUT:

    Skill – 7 minutes: handstand walking practice

    Challenge – In this order: max unbroken toes to bar, max flexed arm hang, max bar hang

 

    WOD – For time:

        150 double unders

        75 wall balls

        50 burpees

        25 toes to bar

        13 strict pullups

 

        6 tripple unders

    SOGOFF – tabatta bicep curls in front of mirror
