17 KB swings (70/55)

40 pull-ups

58 Box jumps (24/20)

10AM- Weekend Warriors with Coach Greg 

4 rounds:

Perform a 400m run between each movement, perform movements in any order you like:

 25 Wallballs

25 Jumping lunges

25 Burpees 

25 Push-ups

11AM- Women's Only Class with Coach Sarah

Buy in- 60 Lateral Hops over barbell

 3 rounds:

6 clean & Jerks

9 Box Jumps

12 Kettlebell Swings

15 Hand Release Push Ups

 Buy out- 60 Lateral Hops over barbell
