SoCalCrossFit 248


  • Interested in improving your Olympic Lifts? Come to the Olympic Lifting
    Classes on Monday and Friday at 10am or Tuesday and Thursday at noon and
    6pm with Coach Veronica.  Cost is $69 for 2x/week or $79 for unlimited
    for a month.
  • Pete's Premade orders must be in by tonight at midnight for Thursday pickup. 
  • WOMEN'S ONLY CLASS at 9:30am and 7pm today.


    Skill – OHS mobility/form work (work on shoulder position at bottom of squat

    Lift – 15 minutes to establish: 3 rep max effort deadlift


    WOD – 5 rounds for time:

        10 OHS


        50 double unders



        30 GHD situps

        Level 3: 155/115

        Level 2: 135/95

        Level 1: 95/65, abmat situps
