SoCalCrossFit 251

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • The 2013 Crossfit Regionals Workouts will be released tonight at 5pm. Check out the CROSSFIT GAMES website to find out what the team has in store. Also you can still purchase tickets for the regionals May 17th-May 19th.
  • WOMEN'S ONLY CLASS TODAY AT 9:30AM AND 7PM

TODAY'S WORKOUT:

Skill –
coach snatch (find perfect position @ right before 2nd pull and work 2nd pull.
then work down from there)

Lift –
Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes: 3 position snatch (high to low)
heaviest possible with good form

 WOD – with
a 19 minute time cap:

Run 1 mile

5 snatches

Row 750 m

* post 3 scores, run time, row time, and total load successfully lifted

** this is
5 snatch attempts. if you miss, you loose that attempt
