Lift – Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes: Deadlift+touch-&-go squat clean+jerk @75% or heavier 1RM clean&Jerk


    WOD – For time:

        25 burpees

        5 rope climbs

        1 clean and jerk

        4 rope climbs

        2 clean and jerks

        3 rope climbs


        3 clean and jerks

        2 rope climbs

        4 clean and jerks

        1 rope climb

        5 clean and jerks

        Level 4: 205/145

        Level 3: 185/135

        Level 2: 155/115

        Level 1: 135/95, rope climb from back to standing
