TODAY'S WORKOUT:

Skill: Coaches lead football style burpee/fast feet warmup for 3 minutes

 

Challenge: max rope climbs in 2 minutes (burpee inbetween every rep, no falling off rope)

 

WOD: 4 rounds for time:

        5 rope climbs

        10 thursters

        *a burpee seperates each rope climb

        Level 3: 115/75#

        Level 2: 95/65#

        Share the pain: choose weight, rope walk-ups
