TODAY'S WORKOUT:

Skill: Kipping practice, focusing on toes to bar

Challenge: With 5# plates, max time static lateral raise (both arms extended to the side) winner watches everyone do 10 burpees at the same time

 WOD: For time:

        75 Toes to bar *

        *EMOM including the first minute 4 burpees

        then,

        75 burpees **

        ** EMOM including the first minute 4 Toes to bar
