TODAY'S WORKOUT:

Skill: 5 minutes to perform 5×3 clean 1st pull @ 120% 1 RM clean (1 second  pause @ mid thigh)

Lift: 12 minutes to establish 1 RM hang clean

WOD: 4 rounds for time:

4 hang squat cleans

1 gasser (10m down back, 10m down back)

10 deadlifts

1 gasser (10m down back, 10m down back)

Level 4: 205/145#

Level 3: 185/135#

Level 2: 155/115#

Level 1: 135/95#
