TODAY'S WORKOUT:

Skill: 7 minutes: Kipping practice (focus on technique with little rotation of the hand around the bar) NO MORE RIPPING!!!!! WOO HOO!!!!

Lift: 12 minutes to establish 3 RM split leg press

WOD: 2 rounds for time

        15 strict pullups

        10 push press

* 5 clapping pushup penalty for any broken set and in between each exercise

 

 Level 4: 175/125#

 Level 3: 155/115#

 Level 2: 135/95#

 Level 1: 115/75#

 SOGOFF: tabatta bicep curls in front of mirror
