100 meter run w/ bumper plate (45/25)

25 toes to bar
100 meter run w/ bumper plate (45/25)

25 box jumps (30"/24")
100 meter run w/ bumper plate (45/25)

25 wallballs (20/14)
100 meter run w/ bumper plate (45/25)

25 overhead wallking lunges (45/25)
100 meter run w/ bumper plate (45/25)

10AM WEEKEND WARRIORS (FREE CLASS) WITH COACH WILSON

AMRAP – 3 min.

100 meter sprint

8 bumper plate ground to overhead (45/25)

8 pull-ups

rest 1 min.

repeat AMRAP – 3 min.
