NEW SCHEDULE BEGINS TODAY- NEW Schedule

Changes include: 

  • No 7:30am, 5:00pm, or 6:00pm class
  • NEW 1pm mobility class, 7pm “Starter WOD” class

Skill: 1 mile trial time

Lift:15 minutes to establish: 3 RM sumo deadlift
