TODAY’S WORKOUT:

Skill: 4 minutes to complete 15 max distance broad jumps
 Lift: Every 30 seconds for 6 minutes: 2 deficit deadlifts @ 60% 1RM

WOD: 
21-15-9 for time:
Squat cleans
Push press
Stationary lunges (bar on back)*
*step forward, foot must return to stationary foot for the rep to count

Level 3: 115/75#
Level 2: 95/65#
Level 1: 75/55#
