TODAY’S WORKOUT:

Skill: tabata pullup negatives (vary the grips)
Lift: 12 minutes to establish: 2 RM close grip bench press

  • Everyone: superset with 1-3 strict pullups

WOD:
With a 12 minute running clock:
15-12-9:
Double thruster (additional Press) *
Double burpee (additional Pushup)**
then, with time remaining
Burpee pullups

L3- 135/95
L2- 95/65
L1-65/45
SOGOFF: 3 rounds for time: 30 seconds of curls, 30 seconds of rest
