TODAY’S WORKOUT:

Skill: kipping practice
Lift: Every minute on the minute for 9 minutes: 3 wiggle bench @ 60% of 1RM (goal is to have 50/50% wiggle/stationary weight)
** Everyone: superset with 3 weighted/strict pullups (vary grip)

WOD:
For time:
100 shoulder to overhead *
*every time the bar drops below the front rack position perform:
100m run
10 Chest to bar pull-ups

  •  Level 4: 115/75#
  •  Level 3: 95/65#
  •  Level 2: 75/55#
  •   Level 1: choose weight
