TODAY’S WORKOUT:

Skill: 10 minutes: handstand pushup/walking as a skill

Lift: 12 minutes to establish: 1RM push press

WOD: 3 rounds for time:
25 pullups
15 hspu
*** EMOM including the first minute , 4 burpees

  • Level 2: Rx
  • Level 1: use abmats for hspu, jumping pullups

SOGOFF(Suns Out Guns Out Friday Finisher): 20 total reps of concentration curls
