Skill: handstand walking practice: 3 attempts at max distance

Lift: Every 30 seconds for 4 minutes: 3 bench press @ 65% of 1RM

WOD: For time:
100 double unders
50 toes to bar
40 shoulder to overhead
30 pullups
20 handstand pushups
100 double unders

Level 4: 155/115

Level 2: 95/65
Level 1: choose weight
