Lift: Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes: 3 position snatch (top to bottom, bottom is off of the ground)
Level 2: 2 count pause at bottom of each snatch
WOD: “Amanda”
9-7-5 rounds for time:
squat snatch
muscleups

Not for time:
60 heavy russian kettlebell swings
Level 4: “Heavy Amanda” 155/115#
Level 3: 135/95#
This will be the first time that I do this workout with touch-and-go snatches. will be looking for a PR today.
