Handing keys over

TODAY WE ARE GETTING THE KEYS TO OUR NEW SPACE. WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR HELP MOVING SO STAYED TUNED FOR MORE DETAILS.

TODAY’S WORKOUT

Skill: tabata pullup negatives

Lift: 12 minutes to establish: 2 RM Bench Press
then,
3 minutes to complete 2 drop sets of 4 reps

WOD: For time:
30 per arm: single arm kettlebell highpulls
400 m run
300 m farmers carry
400 m run
30 pullups
400 m run
30 per arm: single arm bent over rows
400 m run
30 push press

Level 3: 2/1.5 pood, 135/95#
Level 2: 1.5/1 pood, 115/75#
Level 1: choose weight/ sub
**SOGOFF: 5×20 second partner resistance curls: use green rubberband pulled tight
