Due to the low attendance in the Mobility Class we are sadly going to be taking them off the schedule starting September 1st. However, with the sad news come great news. We are very passionate about you all participating in mobility exercises so we have created our NEW MOBILITY BLOG PAGE( Starting monday you will have customized daily mobility exercises to do at the gym or at home. These exercises will take you 20-30 minutes. Grab a friend before or after class and start giving them a try. If you need help with any of them feel free to ask Coach Sarah or any of the other coaches.
