TODAY’S WORKOUT:
Skill: 5 minutes to complete: 15 squat box jumps @ very high

Lift: Every 30 seconds for 6 minutes: 2 back squats @ 70% of 1RM
then,
tabata hollow rocks

WOD: 5 rounds for time:
6 front squats
8 squat box jumps
10 toes to bar
rest 60 sec

Level 3: 155/115#
Level 2: 135/95#
Level 1: choose weight
