Challenge: 12 minutes to establish: max turkish getup per arm

WOD: For time:
20 single arm overhead walking lunges (left arm)
20 single arm overhead walking lunges (right arm)
20 shoulder to overhead
20 toes to bar
20 box jumps
20 hand release pushups

Level 3: 2/1.5 pood, 155/115#, 24/20
Level 2: 1.5/1 pood, 115/75#, 24/20
