Just some of the awesome people that came out this weekend to help with the move. First day was great. Here’s to day number two!

Just a few things to members:

  1. Please sign in on the clipboard attached to the whiteboard or at the main desk. 
  2. We want to be courteous to our next door neighboors by leaving them their parking spaces. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FOUR SPACES NEXT TO FAR RIGHT GARAGE DOOR AND 1 SPOT NEAR DUMPSTER LOCATED BEHIND GERMAN AUTO SHOP. Thank you!

TODAY’S WORKOUT:

Skill:4×5 pendlay row
           Level 2: heavy

Lift: Every minute on the minute for 9 minutes: push jerk @ 70% of 1RM

WOD: 3 rounds for time of:
Bear crawl 1x around perimeter of gym (Cones will be set up by coach)
20 pullups
1 gasser (down back down back)
30 pushups

Level 2: Rx’ed
Level 2: 10 pullups, 15 pushups
Level 1: rx’ed reps, jumping pullups, knee pushups
