Noon class rocking in out in yesterday’s workout!

TODAY’s WORKOUT:
Skill: Max L-sit hold for time

Lift: Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes: as a complex: deadlift + touch and go squat clean + jerk @ as heavy as possible

WOD: For time:
30 Front squat
75 ft OH walking lunge (use front squat bar)
40 TTB

Level 3: 135/95#
Level 2: 95/65#
Level 1: 75/55#, abmat situps
