TODAY’S WORKOUT:
Skill: with partner alternate: 3×45 second plank hold with plate on back
Lift: 12 minutes to establish: 3 RM strict press with step forward (into split
then,
3 minutes to complete: 2 drops sets of 5 reps strict press
WOD: AMRAP:
2 minutes: double unders
2 minutes: pushups
2 minutes: pullups
2 minutes: ninja rollups
2 minutes: wall balls
* rest 1 minute in between rounds
Level 2: 20/14#
Level 1: single unders, jumping pullups (no more than 15 in a row), 14/10#
