Skill: 5 minutes: jumping from knees
Level 2: with PVC/bar snatch punches with jumping from knees

Lift: 12 minutes to complete 8 heavy snatch balances

WOD: “Isabel” For time:
30 Snatches
then,
rest 2 minutes
then,
5 minutes to find 1 RM snatch

Level 3: 135/95#
Level 2: 95/65#
Level 1: 75/55#
