TODAY’S WORKOUT:

Skill: 3×15 GHD situps
Level 2: 3×10 weighted GHD situps

Lift: Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes: deadlift + touch and go squat clean + jerk @ very heavy

WOD: Working 1 minute on, one minute off:
25 single leg deadlift per leg
20 hang squat clean
25 push press
20 OHS

Level 3: 135/95#
Level 2: 95/65#
Level 1: 75/55#
