Lift: 12 minutes to establish: 2 RM strict press with step forward to split stance

WOD: “muscleup”
7 rounds for time:
5 pullups
10 situps
5 dips
then,
in 2 efforts, max muscleups

Level 3: ring pullups
Level 2: Rx,
Level 1: 5 rounds

SOGOFF: 2 minutes of tabata alternating bicep curls
