TODAY’S WORKOUT:

Skill: 3×8 snatch grip romanian deadlift

Lift: 12 minutes to establish: 1 RM Overhead Squat
then,
3 minutes to complete: 2 drop sets of 3 reps, Overhead squat

WOD: 2012 regionals anyone?:
30 back squat 135/95
down and back
15 shoulder to overhead 135/95
30 front squat 95/65
down and back
15 shoulder to overhead 95/65
30 overhead squat 75/55
down and back
15 shoulder to overhead 75/55

Level 3: Rx
Level 2: 115/75#, 75/65, 65/45
Level 1: 65/45 throughout
