TODAY’S WORKOUT:

Skill: 10 minutes of: muscle up practice

Lift: Every minute on the minute for 9 minutes: push jerk @ 80% of 1RM

WOD: 10 minute ascending ladder: 1,2,3,4 etc of:
bar muscleups *
* each set is separated by one gasser (down-back, down-back)

Level 3: Rx
Level 2: 1 MU=1 CTB+1 dip
Level 1: 1 MU= 1pullup (or modifcation of) + 1 dip (or modification of)
