TODAY’S WORKOUT:

Skill: Burgener warmup with skill transfer

Lift: Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes: deadlift+touch and go squat clean+jerk @ very heavy

WOD: 6  minute AMRAP, rest 2 minutes, 6 minute AMRAP:
10 per leg bulgarian split squat with kettle bell in front rack
10 GHD situps
10 Kettle bell swing

Level 3: 2 pood
Level 2: 1.5/1 pood
Level 1: 1 pood, abmat situps
