Level 2: strict bar muscleup

WOD: For time “pyramid helen”
1200 m run
63 Kettlebell swings
36 pullups
800 m run
42 kettlebell swings
24 pullups
400 m run
21 kettlebell swings
12 pullups

Level 3: 1.5/1  pood
Level 2: choose weight, jumping pullups
Share the pain: standard “helen”
