Skill: 5 skin the cats

Lift: EMOM for 9 minutes: 3 close grip bench @65% of 1RM
Level 2: super set with 3 pullups (vary grip)
Beginner: standard bench press

WOD: 3 rounds for time
300 m row
50 double unders
300 m row
15 pullups
rest 2 minutes

Level 3: CTB pullups
Level 2: Rx
Level 1: 100 single unders, jumping pullups
