Skill: handstand walking practice
Beginner: practice getting inverted

Lift: EMOM for 9 minutes: 3 close grip bench press @ 70%
Level 2: super set with 3 pullups
Beginner: standard bench press

WOD: 12 minute AMRAP:
15 Toes to bar
bear crawl 1 lap
50 Double unders
bear crawl 1 lap

Level 3: bear crawl=handstand walk 40’
Level 2: Rx
Level 1: abmat situps, single unders
