TODAY’S WORKOUT:
Skill: 2 minutes on wall, in bottom of squat with PVC overhead
then,
4 minutes of ankle mobility

Lift: EMOM for 7 minutes: snatch highpull + pause snatch @ hover
Beginner: powersnatch + OHS + OHS

WOD: 15 minute AMRAP:
300 m row
5 hang squat snatch

Level 3: 135/95# with 3 second pause at bottom of squat
Level 2: 95/65# with optional pause at bottom of squat
Level 1: choose weight, hang power snatch + OHS
